Out of an abundance of caution due to the water boil restrictions and not being able to provide enough water to students, Altus Public Schools will be closed on Friday, August 23. As always, student and staff safety is our priority. All out-of-town athletic events will continue as scheduled.
Due to the water loss across the district, we are rescheduling the Parent and Title 1 Orientation Meeting to Thursday, August 29th at 5:30 p.m.
Due to the water loss across the district, Altus Public Schools will close at 11:00 today. Buses will run normal routes at 11:00. There will be no after-school daycare.
